You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may NOT:

Reproduce, sell, share, republish, or exploit our content without written permission

Claim our content as your own

Use our intellectual property for commercial gain or distribution

Violating these rights constitutes theft and may result in legal action.

3. User Contributions & License to Us

If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, comments, images, or video), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute such content in connection with our Services and marketing efforts.

You also authorize us to identify you by name, username, or likeness when using your content unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Media Release

By participating in live events, coaching calls, forums, or community spaces, you consent to photography, audio, or video recordings and allow us to use this media for future promotions or training purposes without compensation.

5. Confidentiality & Personal Data

We collect personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or misuse your confidential information. By submitting data to us, you consent to its collection and use as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree not to share your account with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if misuse or sharing occurs.

6. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee 100% protection from cyber threats or breaches. You use the internet and our Services at your own risk.

8. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or according to the payment plan selected. We do not offer refunds on digital programs, live coaching, or event purchases.

Chargebacks or disputed payments without prior written communication will result in the termination of access and possible legal action.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse, or harmful conduct.

You may cancel your participation by emailing: support@humanperformancementors.com. However, cancellation does not absolve payment obligations unless otherwise specified in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, FL, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to jury trials and class actions. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees.

Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the incident or you forfeit your right to arbitration or legal action.

11. Conduct

You agree not to engage in abusive, defamatory, illegal, or disruptive behavior in our Services, communities, or platforms. We reserve the right to remove any user or content at our discretion.

12. Technology Disclaimer

We are not responsible for technical difficulties, delays, or interruptions in service. You agree to access our content using modern technology and a stable internet connection.

13. Affiliate & Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or affiliate offers. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies.
